Abstract
The original growing regions of wild soybean germplasm in Guangxi have been seriously destroyed, and the germplasm resources were severely ruined because of many causes such as the expansion of economic development etc. So,it is urgent to rescue and protect the wild soybean germplasm in Guangxi. Aiming at the geographical distribution and biological characteristics of wild soybean germplasm in Guangxi, development latent and prospect of wild soybean, the research and application on genetic diversity and protection situation of wild soybean,it is suggested that the collection and preservation, farther assessment and evaluation and making the best of wild soybean should be strengthened to promote the industrial development of soybean in Guangxi.
