Advances of Research on Wild Soybean in China

Annual wild soybean(Glycine soja)is the wild relative species of cultivated soybean,which is of high protein content,extensive adaptability,strong tolerance and high pod number.It has been 30 years since wild soybean investigation and collection were carried out in 1978.In these 30 years,comprehensive and systematic research was performed and great progress was achieved.In this review,the history of wild soybean germplasm investigation and collection was reviewed and the main progress on wild soybean in the past 10 years was summarized.
