Abstract
In this paper,we studied the microwave-assisted extraction process of total saponins from com silk, and determined the optimum conditions through single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 60%,solid-to-liquid ratio 1:40,microwave temperature 60℃,the extraction time 30 minutes and extraction twice.Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of the total saponins reached 4.12%,which was higher than that of the solvent heating extraction method by about 12%;and the extraction time was shortened by 5/6.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
