The Construction of Quality Control System on National Environmental Monitoring Network

In the Twelfth Five-Year,the goal-oriented of environmental management in China will change from pollution control to environmental quality improvement. Therefore the construction of national environmental monitoring network should be fully completed in order to comprehensively assess the environmental quality of air,water,soil,and so on. This paper suggested that the quality control system of national environmental monitoring network should be completed. And the quality control duties of different level environmental monitoring stations were discussed.
