A comprehensive review of environmental monitoring program provided the EIA unit of monitoring sites,monitoring factors and monitoring frequency,monitoring method and the standard,optimize and improve the monitoring scheme,strengthening environmental monitoring the whole process of quality management,to give play to the subjective initiative,for environmental management provided a scientific basis for decision making.
