Abstract

Objective Explore carry out humanistic nursing in surgical nursing,to improve the quality of medical services,enhance patient satisfaction.Methods Since2005in surgical care carry out humanistic nursing in our hospital.Results Through carry out effective humanistic nursing in surgical care,patients satisfaction was99.60%(1238/1243),no errors,accident and nursing complaint in care.Conclusion Humanistic nursing as a new model,improve the quality of nursing,patients and their families were sure the nursing work, increase the economic benefits of the hospital and social effects.
