Abstract
Objective:To explore the implementation of humanistic solicitude in high quality nursing service application effect.Methods:Retrospective analysis in February 2009-February 2010 not implementing humanistic care of 1050 cases of hospitalized patients and in March of 2010,2011-march through the provide high quality nursing service implementing humanistic care of 1050 cases of hospitalized patients,compared to the nursing job satisfaction and nursing quality.Results:Humanistic solicitude in high quality nursing service to promote the application of the guard with the harmonious development of the relationship,so that patients to nursing work satisfaction and nursing quality is obviously improved before intervention(P0.05),the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion:Humanistic care through the nursing process of deepening the quality is always the key factors of nursing service.
