Abstract

Through the analysis of industrial structure and regional competitiveness superiority and inferior based on SSM in Shandong Province form 1999 to 2009,making 10 years as a period,it was on the basis of shift component and location shift component in industrial structure,to locate the economic points of every area.It would help to adjust industries and reduce gaps between different regional economics.
