Abstract

Objective: To investigate the cervical loop electrosurgical excision(LEEP) treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) clinical results.Method: Cervical cytology screening, colposcopy and cervical biopsy for the initial diagnosis of CIN patients with 85 cases, the use of LEEP treatment, the removal of all cervical transition zone, surgical pathology specimens were sent to check to observe the operation time, blood loss and postoperative effects.Result: LEEP treatment of CIN,a success rate of 98%,the average operating time for 9min,the average blood loss for 8ml.Conclusion: LEEP is simple, safe, high success rate, fewer complications and specimens can be sent to provide a complete pathological examination, the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ideal method.
