Abstract

Objective To investigate the cervical loop electrosurgical excision(LEEP) treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) clinical results. Methods In our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 December were treated by cervical exfoliated preliminary diagnosis of cytology, colposcopy and cervical biopsy of 100 cases of CIN patients, the use of LEEP treatment, the removal of all cervical transition zone, surgical pathology specimens were sent to check to observe the operation time, blood loss and postoperative effects. Results LEEP treatment of CIN,a success rate of 98%,the average operating time for 5 min,the average blood loss for 10 mL.Conclusion LEEP is simple, safe, high success rate, fewer complications and specimens can be sent to provide a complete pathological examination, the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ideal method.
