[Objective]To observe the effect of Shenqi Yiwei decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer.[Method]Using randomized controlled methods,120 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 60 cases of omeprazole capsules 20mg,sooner or later each 1 times,oral amoxicillin capsules;②0.5g,3 / d,oral;③clindamycin hydrochloride capsules 0.3g,3 times / d,oral.The treatment group of 60 cases of Shenqi Yiwei Decoction(Shengshaishen 15g,Huangqi 15g,Fuling 10g,Baishu10g,Sharen12g,Xiangfu10g,Chenpi10g,Shanzha12g,Pugongying10g,Huanglian 6g,Zhigancao 6g),with the card to add and subtract,decoction,1 does/d,morning and evening for 1 times.Continuous treatment for 28 days to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and positive or negative,positive or negative,Hp examination and adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.46 cases of group therapy.[Results]Effective 11 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.00%.The control group 31 cases markedly effective,effective 15 cases,invalid 14 cases,the total efficiency of 76.66%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical curative effect of Shenqi Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer,less adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
