Random Parallel Control Study of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treating Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treating peptic ulcer[.Methods]Using randomized controlled method,150 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups of Methods.Control group,75 cases of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,20mg / times,2 times / d.Clarithromycin tablets,500mg / times,2 times / d,breakfast,dinner,30min before the oral.Amoxicillin,1g / time,2 times / d,orally.Treatment group 75 cases Banxia Xiexin Decoction(Jiangbanxia,Houbu each 10g,Huanglian,Huangqin,Ganjiang,Zhigancao,Gansong,Baizhi each 6g,Dangshen 15g,jujube 5);severe acid reflux clamshell Haihake 8g,Wuzhuyu 1.5g;severe abdominal distension plus Qingpi,Jineijin each8g;belching serious plus Xuanfuhua 4g,Daizheshi 12g;1 does / d,decoction 200mL,1 times / d.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Clinical symptoms observed,the ulcer area,adverse reactions.Four cycles of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]43 cases healed,29 cases improved,3 cases ineffective and total efficiency 96.00% in treatment group;36 cases healed,24 cases improved,15 cases ineffective and total efficiency 80.00% in control group.Curative effect of treatment group were better than that of control group(P0.05);The ulcer area improvement of treatment group were better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Banxia Xiexin Decoction has significant curative effect in treating peptic ulcer and worthy of promotion.
