The treatment effect and clinical care of vacuum sealing drainage in deep burns

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing method and the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) treatment of deep burn wounds.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of severe burn patients was analyzed retrospectively,all patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The experimental group in 26 cases were given vacuum sealing drainage treatment;the control group in 24 cases were given conventional dressing treatment.Two groups were all given corresponding care,the treatment effect of two groups were observed and com pared.Results The effective rate was 62.5% in the control group,by vacuum sealing drainage management and reason able care measures,the effective rate of experimental group was 88.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Among 26 patients with application of VSD vacuum aspiration,granulation was good in 12 cases after one time of VSD vacuum aspiration,skin graft was success in 11 cases after 2 to 3 times of VSD vacuum aspiration.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of VSD definite in patients with deep burn,by strengthening suction drainage care,wounds healing has improved significantly.
