Leading the Construction of Sports Power by Scientific Concept of Development Methodology

Being a sports power is the development direction of China's sports at the new period.Construction of a sports power is a process of practice,which needs guidance from scientific theory and method.According to the concept of sports power and its practicality,scientific concept of development can provide guidance for both knowledge and practice,which is a scientific methodology leading to a sports power.Scientific concept of development's inspiration for the road to a sports power lies in following aspects: first,the idea of innovation for development to a sports power,i.e.based on a correct understanding of sports' current situation,we should hold the dominant trend of sports development and innovate as well as develop the existing PE theories.Second,the idea of humanistic value to a sports power,i.e.we should emphasis humane care and easy-to-life while developing sports undertakings.Third,the idea aiming at comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of a sports power,i.e.we should pay attention to equilibrium and comprehensibility,etc.Fourth,the idea of making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration,i.e.we should well deal with relationship between tradition and modern,at home and abroad,etc.
