Logical framework for sports development mode

The basic logic structure of changing sports development mode mainly includes three aspects: why,what,and how to turn. Researches showed that the gap between traditional sports development mode and scientific sports development is the basic cause for sports development mode change; sports development mode,system model,resource allocation model,as well as promotion of the sports development and the operating mechanism is the the main content of development of physical education in China;we need to change government working idea,establish a people-oriented work objectives,continue to deepen the reform of socialization of sports,really set up a government-led,social commitment sports development system,continue to reform our country sports resource allocation based on equalization reform. To constantly optimize the sports development to run a mechanism,with decision-making mechanism reform as a breakthrough point,is the basic path of transformation of our country sports development mode.
