Abstract
The school-based training is an incumbency-training mode based on school.It is an important means for young teachers to develop themselves at their jobs.The paper reports an experimental study on the school-based training of young college English teachers.The result shows that young teachers are very active in taking part in the training; a new teaching mode that match the school-based training of English teachers is discovered; the school-based training improves teachers' quality and receives a good training effect.
