The school-based training for teachers is one of the in-service training activities which are for the school and in the school and based in the school.At present,the school-based training for teachers is rich in content and various in forms,but the effectiveness is not strong.School-based training is mainly provided for teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the theoretical study is poor and the operation of the practice is ambiguous to the college teachers,which is not conducive to the professional growth for college teachers.
