Application of Nurse Hierarchical Management in Nursing Management of Wards

Objective To explore the effect of nurse level management in ward nursing management. Methods To carry out the full responsibility integrated care management model, the implementation of the head nurse- Senior Nurse- primary responsibility nurse- assistant nurse level management model. In addition, the continuous scheduling mode, to provide effective nursing service for patients. Before and after the implementation of nurse level management, the quality of nursing and satisfaction degree were evaluated by questionnaire survey. Results The scores of basic nursing, disinfection and isolation, nursing documents writing, ward management, rescue apparatus and drug administration were(89.5±2.2),(93.8±2.7),(91.6±3.2),(91.8±2),(95.2±2.6), and basic nursing, disinfection and isolation, nursing documents writing, ward management,rescue instruments and Drug Administration(96.9±2.4)、(95.4±2.9)、(96.7±2.6)、(96.5±1.3)、(96.5±2.8), the difference was significant(P0.05); The satisfaction degree, satisfaction degree, satisfaction degree of nurses, satisfaction degree of nurses and satisfaction degree were 82.33%, 84.33%, 74.67%, 77%, respectively. The satisfaction degree of doctors and nurses were92.67%, 90.67%, 92% and 85% respectively, and the difference was significant(P0.05). Conclusion The nurse level management in the ward, can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality and nursing work satisfaction, is worthy of promotion.
