Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nurse hierarchical management on the improvement nursing quality.Methods Nurse hierarchical management was implemented in eight units.Nurses were divided into five levels then the responsibilities of each level were identified and there were two nursing workers in each ward.Results After the implementation of hierarchical management,qualified rate of basic nursing,rate of health education and nurses' knowledge about patients' disease were all improved significantly,which revealed statistical significance(P0.01) and patients were more satisfied with the nursing(P0.01).Conclusion Nurse hierarchical management is beneficial to the improvement of nursing quality and patients' satisfaction and the enhancement of quality nursing service.
