Abstract
The difference between the microbial community inhabiting in the rumen which can not be identified by traditional methods, but denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) made it possible to identify. The DGGE is a new and powerful electrophoresis method for analysis of sequence variations and separation of nucleic acids. The technique is reliable, reproducible, rapid and inexpensive. It is well established molecular tools in microbial molecular ecology that allows the study of diversity and dynamics of microbial communities.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
