Research of New Countryside Construction Based on Technical Study and Raise Independent Innovation Ability

This paper in-depth analyzed the technical question which in our country rural economy social development exists,including the technical content of the agricultural products,the brand of the intellectual property,the countryside′s science and technology service,farmer′s quality,technical study′s power,independent innovation ability and so on.In this foundation,the author proposed measures of raise technical study and innovation ability which exists in the new countryside construction process: prompt appearing a series of policies to incentive and promoted agricultural technology innovation,building the technical study atmosphere,strengthens the education of the countryside science and technology and culture,enhances the agricultural product′s technical content,enlarge independent innovation ability′s raise power,perfect agriculture socialization service system
