Abstract
As an important method of land harness, technology promotion should add into the overall construction in the project district. We need to clear about the characteristic and request of the technology promotion and innovate our thought. And we also need to understand the meaning of the new socialist countryside construction and carry out the innovation on the operational mechanism.
