Abstract

Objective: To compare different extraction methods for persimmon leaf total flavonoids. Methods: The contents of persimmon leaf total flavonoids were determined by using the method of water-extraction,traditional ethanol-extraction,microwave-extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide-extraction,and UV spectrophotometer was used to detect the total flavonoids in 510 nm.Results: The content in the water-extraction was 0.721%,the content in the traditional ethanol-extraction was 0.948%,the content in microwave-extraction was 0.908% and the content in supercritical carbon dioxide-extraction was 0.961%.Conclusion: The content by the method of supercritical carbon dioxide-extraction is the highest, the second by the traditional ethanol-extraction,the third by the microwave-extraction and the lowest by the water-extraction.
