Abstract
Objective: To investigate clinical effect of early nutrition support on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods: 300 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with self-made nutrition while patients in treatment group were given enteral nutrition(Enteral Nutrition,EN). The clinical curative effects of both groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate in control group(77.33%) was significantly lower than that in treatment group(92.67%),so the total efficiency difference was statistically significant;after treatment,ALB and Hb index in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;PA and TLC in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group, with the difference between the two groups being statistically significant;the total infection rate(35.33%) in control group was significantly higher than that in treatment group(16.67%),so the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P 0.01).Conclusion: Enteral nutrition emulsion used in early nutrition support for stroke patients with dysphagia can effectively improve the patient's nutritional status, regulate immune function, reduce prognosis of complications, and contribute to long-term tolerance, which is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
