Abstract

ObjectiveTo establish and assess the model of hepatic fibrosis by the ligation of in rats. MethodsSixty wista rats(n=60)were divided into sham operation group(n=30)and operation group(n=30)randomly.The model of liver fitrosis was establihed by the ligation of common bile duct.Ten rats in each group were terminated on the 5 th,10 th and 14 th days after operation respectively. The serum-markers were detected. The degrees of hepatic steatosis, inflammation and fibrosiswere were observed by HE staining. ResultsThe weight of rats in control group increased, but decreased in model group.Compared with the control group, the liver index(liver weight/body weight) increased significantly in model group.Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in LN,HA and CIV in model groups(P0.05 or P0.01).HE staining showed that on the10th day the rats in model groups all were in the stage I or II of liver, and most were in the Ⅲ,and some were in the Ⅳ. ConclusionBile duct obstructive liver fibrosis model cycle is short, about 2 weeks, spontaneous reversal of hepatic fibrosis degree low, stable.
