On Property Right and Its Application in Economic Law

The property(labor force) right inside of the human body is a particular object of property right. Right of the property(corporeal property and natural resource) out of human body is protected by civil law as an outside property right, and the right inside of human body(labor force) is regulated by economic law as Inside property right.Creating the Inside property right of economic law is a deep concern of human rights. Inside property right is a basic right the economic law should affirm and protect. This kind of right can be used in both micro economic law and macro economic law. It will do good to exploit our rich resource in manpower, to protect the legal property right, to make great efforts to promote China to be more prosperous.
