Abstract
Taking the ministry of housing and urban-rural development 2011 edition interchangeable term of Engineering Sample of Contract for Construction as the basis,this paper permuted the claim rights clause of contractors,and elaborated the calculation of cost claims and the writing of claims files,aimed at increasingly standardized the contractors could effectively claim under the conditions of construction contract.
