Abstract

The article introduces the concept and characteristics of construction claims,analyzes its causes,illustrates its classification and the conditions of its acceptance,and proposes the claim strategies of contractors from the stages of contract signing,implementation and claims treatment,in order to do well construction management work of construction project and optimally increase the economic benefits of construction enterprise.
