The clinical application analysis of drug in hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To analysis clinical application of drug in hand-foot-mouth disease in order to provide references for rational administration of drug.Methods 311 cases patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group in the light of laboratory tests and laboratory examinations.The patients with mild were given general treatment,the patients with moderate were given antiviral therapy based on the general treatment,the patients with severe were given antibiotics and symptomatic treatment.After treatment,observed the clinical efficacy in all patients.Results After the treatment,all patients were cured and discharged with no deaths.Conclusion Take a different treatment options for the different conditions of the foot and mouth disease,can ensure the medication is effective,safe and shorten the recovery time.It is worth of clinical application.
