This paper introduced several kinds of molecular markers used in crop and genetics breeding .Summarized several aspects of application of molecular markers on crops, genetics breeding:1.construction of genetic map and gene localization;2.auxiliary selection of molecular marker;3.genetic relationship and genetic variation;4.verification of seed purity.
