Abstract
Objective Observing the clinic curative effects by taking anisodamine(654-2) orally for treatment of infants’ duo virus enteritis. Methods Control group with 98 cases: fluid replacement,anti-virus,reasonable diet and symptomatic treatment.Course of treatment: 5-7 days.Treatment group with 120 cases: take anisodamine(654-2){0.15mg——0.2mg }/kg: time.Course of treatment: 5-7 days. Results in treatment group with 120 cases, obviously effective for 86 cases(72%),effective for 30 cases(25%),invalid for 4 cases(3%),total effective percentage is 98%.In control group with 98 cases, obviously effective for 26 cases(27%),effective for 46 cases(47%),invalid for 26 cases(27%),total effective percentage is 73%.There is great discrepancy between control group and treatment group(χ2=24.72,P0.01)。 Conclusion it’s very effective to treat infants’ duo virus enteritis by taking anisodamine(654-2) orally.
