In history,Xibuteha area was backward in education.Due to the new deal of the late Qing Dynasty,school education of the area developed rapidly and school readjustment and system began to be optimized gradually in the period of the Republic of China on a certain scale,which actively promoted the development of education and culture in ethnic minority areas.
