Art major Students Classroom Teaching Skill Problems and Countermeasures

This paper,based on the new curriculum reform under the background of local normal university fine arts students classroom teaching skill training practice,analysis normal classroom teaching skill problems,from enhance students skills teaching consciousness,improve skills,pay attention to the effectiveness of the classroom teaching skills,strengthen the comprehensive development of university teachers' quality improvement and the establishment of university-middle school relations of cooperation and so on several aspects put forward some countermeasures,so as to promote the development of the teaching reform of higher education.
