Abstract
Objective To investigate the X-ray,CT appearances and their values in the ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint.Methods Gather 40 cases of ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint disease patients with X-ray and CT examination.Results CT inspection can more accurate detection early pathological changes,and Ⅲ,Ⅳ level diagnosis,X-ray and CT examination are no obvious difference(P0.05).Conclusion The CT inspection can more accurately diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint early pathological changes,and also can accurately tell patients lesions installment.
