Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Aspirin in preventing cerebral ischemic events in patients with cerebral hemorrhagic sequel. Methods 109 patients with cerebral hemorrhagic sequel were divided into aspirin group(52 cases) and control group(57 cases).Incidences of cerebral ischemic events and cerebral hemorrhage between the two groups were compared. Results In ASP group,49 patients finished research,3 patients exited from research, while in control group,50 patients finished research,7 patients exited.Incidence of cerebral ischemic events in ASP group was 14.28%(7/49),in control group was 44.00%(22/50).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=16.102,P0.01).Incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in ASP group was 2.04%(1/49),in control group was 4.00%(2/50),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.436,P0.05).Conclusion Incidence of cerebral ischemic events in patients with cerebral hemorrhagic sequel can be reduced by taking aspirin, and incidence of second time cerebral hemorrhage is not increased significantly.
