Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods:The clinical data of 110 inpatients treated with PCNL during January 2006 and match 2008 were retrospectively analyzed, and the operative duration and stone-free rate and complications were summarized. Results:The operative duration was 152.7±61.5 minutes. The stone-free rate was 66.3%.Open operation were required in 8 cases(7.3%),and the total complication rate was 27.3%.Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy is effective and safe for treatment of renal caculi.
