Abstract

The residues of carbendazim in tea was detected with high performance liquid chromatograph, including carbendazim·polyoxin(2:1,400 mg/L),carbendazim·polyoxin(1:1,400 mg/L),control fungicide carbendazim(500 mg/L) and control treatments. The results indicate that the residues of the two compounds were 21.4355 and 0 μg/kg,respectively.The residues of control fungicide and control were 28.906 0 and 0 μg/kg,respectively.The rate of recovery was between 72.85-90.51% and SD was from 0.05 to 0.12.
