Effect of Lian The Gxue Jiedu Decoction in Serum TNF-α and IL-6 Levels of Xuere Types Syndrome of Psoriasis

Abstract

Objective:To asses drug pharmacological mechanisms,the effects of Liangxue jiedu in serum cytokines(interleukin,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)levels in patients of psoriasis were investigated.Methods:Randomly selected 50 xuere types syndrome of psoriasis were treated with Liangxue jiedu decoction for two months in treating group,and 31 healthy cases were as a normal control group,and serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevel change were observed before and after treament.Results:The serum reducing IL-6,levels were observed in treated by Liangxue jidu patients of psoriasis(P≤0.01),TNF-αlevel change tend to reduce.Conclusion:The study suggested that Liangxue jiedu decoction Qingrejiedu,Liangxuehuoxue pharmacological effect,reducing serm IL-6 TNF-α content in psoriasis of xuere types syndrome of patients with normal immune regulation trends.
