Abstract
Objective To observe effect of transportation method on the bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) migration in glima rats. Methods The rat C6 glioma model was established by stereotactic procedure. In group A, BMSCs were injected into internal carotid artery in the tumor side after infusing low dose bradykinin; In group B the BMSCs were injected into internal carotid artery in the tumor side without bradykinin. In Group C the BMSCs were injected into the tail vein. Immunohistochemical methods were used to study the quantity and distribution of MSCs in glioma tissue and the normal cerebral tissue around. Results BMSCs could be seen extensively in the range of glioma tissue in each group,there were much more BMSCs we could see in group A than that in other groups( P 0.01). Most of BMSCs scatterd in the region of glioma.In the juncture area between glioma and normal brain,we could also find BMSCs. Conclusion Low dose of bradykinin is beneficial to BMSCs to migrate into C6 glioma.
