Abstract

Objective To understand the prevalence of depression and anxiety disorder in patients with Coronary heart disease in hospitalsat. Methods Totally 510 patients with Coronary heart diseasein outpatient and inpatient. Using hospital anxiety and depression scale( HADS) to screen the positive patients,who were then assessed with the Hamilton depression and anxiety disorder scale. Results The results of Hamilton showedthat the corrected prevalences for depression disorder,anxiety disorder and depression and anxiety disorder were 18. 20% 、12. 69% and11. 12%. Conclusion Coronary heart disease with depressionand anxiety disorder is a common problem l,its correct identification and treatment is not optimistic.
