Abstract

This paper expounds the important function of the management of materials purchasing in the operation and management of enterprise, and points out that in order to do well the management of materials purchasing, the enterprise should establish and perfect the rules and regulations, select the modes of materials purchasing in a scientific and rational way, and construct enterprise's supply chain management system, etc.
