Abstract

In this paper,we investigated new material purchasing management approaches to solve problems in the traditional processes of military material purchasing and studied the purchasing business management information platform with the purchasing process as the main line and that integrated the purchasing application,approval and settlement procedures,which could also realize supplier management,purchasing plan management and purchasing behavior and efficiency analysis.
