Abstract
In this paper,soybean genomic DNA were extracted from leaves,seeds and fresh pods of Jinong 18 and Jilin 47 by modified high-salt low-pH method,improved SDS and CTAB method.Purity,concentration and extraction quality of DNA extracted with the above methods were analyzed.The results showed that high-salt low-pH method extraction of genomic DNA was the best method when using soybean seed and fresh pod as materials,and the purity and concentration were higher than that of SDS and CTAB method.High-salt low-pH method is low cost,step and time saving,less toxic reagents method.This method is a highly efficient,rapid,and economy method of soybean genomic DNA extraction.
