Abstract

In this paper,the author believes that the supervision of science and technology funds is a system project,which calls for the direction of system management theories(SMT),analyzes theoretical basis of the system of supervision of science and technology funds and the current problems as well and puts forward that four effective supervision models,namely,direct supervision model,decentralized supervision model,full supervision model and centralized supervision model.
