Research on supervision system of agent construction system from institutional perspective

According to the status quo,the problems in supervision system,and the characteristics of agent construction system,it is proposed that 4 systems should be perfected to enhance the supervision system,namely,the government supervision system,the market supervision system,the project supervision system,and the social supervision system.Perfecting the government supervision system mainly means to clarify the supervision and management tasks of functional department of the government;Perfecting the market supervision system includes the perfections of market admittance institution of agent construction company,supervision system of bidding invitation and bidding,and performance evaluation and eliminative mechanisms of agent construction company;Perfecting the project supervision system mainly means to distinguish the supervision responsibilities of the agent construction company,the user company,and the supervision company;Perfecting the social supervision system mainly means to arouse the multitude to supervise agent construction project.
