Abstract
Sichuan is empty for a relatively mature and systemic Sichuan Province natural gas business development statute,which significantly disproportionate with future development of Sichuan natural gas business.It's necessary and feasible that we build and complete Sichuan natural gas business judicial system,and propose basic principles and frames of design thread for Sichuan natural gas business judicial system development,which under the gaudiness of limited government theory.
