Abstract
By means of hydraulic model, temperature and concentration in tundish are studied. It indicates that the internal shape in testing ground are not good enough. Flow in tundish is improved when cross-walls or V”word-wall is set up. Good results with opening of 130 mm×100 mm in cross-walls and 150 mm×80 mm in“V”word-wall are achived. In condition of normal casting temperature difference between one and two-nozzle is about 1℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
