Observation of theraputic effects of three drugs on paroxysmal suprarentricular tachycardia

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and security of intravenous injection admiodarane,propafenone and metoprolol on terminating paroxysmal supraventrical tachycardia.Methods 73 patients of PSVT who had hospitalized or was in emergency in our hospital were random divided 3 groups:admiondarane group(30 subjects),propofenone group(22subjects) and metoprolol group(21subjects).They were given admiodarane,propafenone or mentoprolol by intravenous injection.Finally,to compare the effectiveness and adverse reaction of these drugs on concluding PSVT.Results Among 30 patients in admiodarane group,the medicine showed effective in 24 patients and ineffective in 7 patients,and effective rate was 76.7%.Among 22 patiens in propafenone group,the medicine showed effective in 17 patients and ineffective in 5 patients,and the effective rate was 77.3%.Among 21 patients in metoprolol group,the mendicine showed effective in 17 patients and ineffective in 4,and the effective rate was 81.0%.There was no significant difference among three groups(P0.05).Few ill effects have been detected during the process.Conclusion These drugs all were effective and safe on acute termination of paroxymal supraventrical tachycardia.
