Abstract

The file management of College teachers is a complex and difficult task,with the reform and development of higher education itself,the traditional management mode depended on paper and manual can not do well in this task.Therefore,in this paper,the college teachers' file information management system is researched and developed based on.Net.Realize paperless and information management of the college teachers' file,so as to improve the management efficiency and quality.
