Abstract

Aiming at the specificity of teaching files management in college and according to the rules of files management,it develops a management information system for teaching files in college with Visual Basic and Access 2003 on the basis of information safety,which makes the sort management among college,department and teaching group come true.The system has the function of inquiring,reporting and printing,which achieves the informatization of file management and improves the working efficiency.
